How to make a paper box in Huzhou Aopa factory? Making a paper jewelry box is a creative and inexpensive project. Here's a simple guide to help you to know more us:

What We Needed:

1. Cardstock paper or decorative paper
2. Computer design
3. Cutting by machine
4. Printing or Stamping
5. Assembling by machine or hand
6. Decorative elements (optional)

Steps:

1. Designing the Template: Use computer software such as Autocad,Photoshop, Coredraw and others to draw a template and image for jewelry box base to client’s requirements, i.e. the size of the box will depend the size of client’s jewelry.

2.Cutting the Paper: Choose the proper paper and cardstock, Carefully cut out the template pieces by automatic cutter. Make sure to cut along the lines accurately to ensure a neat finish.

3.Assembling the Box: Apply glue along the edges of the base piece by machine, make sure the paper and board are securely glued together. One machine for lid, other for base, we have six automatic machine, the total production capacity for jewelry boxes is more than 100,000 sets per day.

4.Putting inserts: Workers collect lids and bases together, and put cotton pieces or other type of linner inside base as inserts, then pack the boxes by cartons.  The quantities per carton can follow customer’s requirements.

5.If desired, cut a small strip of paper to act as a hinge for the lid. Attach one end of the strip to the back of the lid and the other end to the back of the box using glue. 

6.Decorating (Optional): Add decorative elements to the jewelry box, such as ribbon, stickers, beads, or glitter.

7.Final Inspection: Before the shipment, we will give your jewelry box a final inspection to ensure everything is secure and tidy.

Final Shipment: We will delivery the boxes by sea or air, it is up to client’s requirements. We also provide DDP service, i.e. delivery goods to your appointed place.
